Cari Malcolm is a licensed clinical social worker currently serving as a Management Analyst for the Department of Veterans Affairs Caregiver Support Program. Prior to her current position, Ms. Malcolm played a key role in the development and implementation of the VA’s Caregiver Support Line where she served as Program Coordinator. Ms. Malcolm has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hartwick College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Albany.
