Michael is a partner with the Ditter Law Group, APC. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and the University of San Diego School of Law (JD, 1996; LL.M. Taxation, 2002). He has co-chaired the Elder Law Section of the North County Bar Association of San Diego County, served on the San Diego County Probate Court Bench/Bar Committee, and served as a member of the Salvation Army Metropolitan Advisory Board of San Diego. He practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, trust administration, probate and elder law, and is certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
