The Caregiver Pandemic Stress First Aid course series, sponsored by USAA, was created as a supplement to PsychArmor's Conversations with Caregivers live webinar series to provide military & Veteran caregivers with additional support throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. These courses cover a few of the major aspects of wellness for caregivers, and provide tangible tips & resources caregivers can use to take control of their own health, change the narrative of their own experiences, and build resilience.
