Jeremy Davis, MAJ, USMC (ret)

Jeremy was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned his degree in Communications from Gardner Webb University. In December 2004, he received his commission as a 2ndLt. He attended The Basic School in Quantico, VA, and Aviation Communications and Electronics Course in Twenty-nine Palms, CA. Upon completion, Major Davis received orders to Marine Air SupportSquadron 3, Camp Pendleton, CA, where he served as Detachment Commander, Platoon Commander, and Assistant Operations Officer. Furthermore, Maj Davis deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in July 2006 to Ar Ramadi and Fallujah, Iraq. From February 2008 to February 2009, he deployed again in support of OIF to serve as the Aide-de-Camp to Multi-National Forces-West Deputy Commanding General.
Upon redeployment, Maj Davis received orders to Recruiting Station Fort Lauderdale, FL. During this tour he served as the RS Operations Officer and Executive Officer, encompassing over 22,000 square miles of South Florida, Puerto Rico, the USVI. In June of 2012, he received orders to Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS)
Upon graduation from EWS, Maj Davis received orders to Marine Tactical Air Command Squadron (MTACS)–38, MCAS Miramar, CA. There, he served as the Squadron Detachment Commander while deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan, and Assistant Operations Officer. While deployed, he also earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Marshall University. He left active duty in March 2015.
Jeremy began his civilian career as a Service Manager with Cintas Corp in Augusta, GA, and Charlotte, NC, and as a Financial Crimes Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, Charlotte, NC. Additionally, he joined the Marine Corps Reserve to serve as the Weapons and Tactics Instructor and Operations Officer at MTACS-48, Great Lakes, IL. He is currently serving as the Reserve Support Officer for Recruiting Station Charlotte. His personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (with 2 gold stars), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and Army Achievement Medal. He's married to Nicolette of Mint Hill, NC with two children, Lincoln (7) and Everett (5).
