Policy Director and Senior Advisor, National Labor Exchange

Lori Adams currently serves as a Policy Director and National Labor Exchange (NLx) Senior Advisor at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA). She joined NASWA in 2015 after over 26 years with Iowa Workforce Development, where she worked in a variety of roles, most recently as the Division Administrator for Workforce Services. Lori has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University and is a Certified Public Manager.
