Wendy Torres

Director, Oakland Regional Office, Department of Veterans Affairs

Wendy Torres was appointed to the Director position in May of 2017 for the Oakland Regional Office. Prior to this, Mrs. Torres served for two years as the Director of the San Juan VA Regional Office in Puerto Rico beginning in July 2015. Prior to her first appointment she served for three years as the Assistant Director of the Houston VA Regional Office beginning in October of 2012.
